Chalet 52 - Best Western Premier Chantemerle. Opened in February 2009 this new 4 star self catering apartment complex is a fabulous addition to Serre Chevalier.
The hotel has 52 (hence the name) apartment style rooms of varying sizes. There is a games area, underground parking (15€ per day - pay locally for this) , ski store with lockers and boot drying system.

The hotel is across the road from the main lifts (5-10 minute walk). Wifi is available free of charge throughout the hotel (and can be accessed from the bedrooms).

Prices are based on self catering, but with a hotel style service (beds are made on arrival and each day and rooms are cleaned on a daily basis). Breakfast is available in the restaurant and half board options are available (meals are prepared in the restaurant kitchen and you collect them to take to your room). This option is available until 9.30pm. There is a also a lounge bar which serves beer, wine and cocktails. Open from 4pm to midnight.

All rooms and suites are apartment style and have a kitchen area with microwave, fridge, grill, kettle, toaster and dishwasher, large flat screen tv and a safe. Tea and coffee in rooms on arrival. Bathrooms have power shower, hairdryer and WC. Beds are made on arrival and towels and a separate bathrobe for the pool are included.
